Parish Ministries

Get Involved Today!

Our parish is very blessed to have parishioners who generously share their time, gifts and talent with our community.

Please read below to learn more about our ministries and to see how you can make a difference!

Contact parishoffice@olphstagnes.org or call 732.291.0272 with any questions!

Liturgical Ministries

The Church calls us to full, conscious and active participation in the liturgy.  We are immersed with our attention, our prayers, our song, and in the unity of the Eucharist.

There are many ways in which a person might become more active in liturgical ministries.  Such as:

  • Music Ministry

  • Lectors

  • Extraordinary Minister

  • Altar servers (for youth in 5th grade and up)

  • Ushers

If you have a gift that you would like to share with your community in the context of our worship together, please call the parish office at 732.291.0272.

Respect Life Committee

Our OLPH – St. Agnes Respect Life Ministry seeks to inspire and motivate our fellow parishioners to become actively involved in promoting a culture of life.

We affirm that human life, in all its stages, is a precious gift from God. Through prayer, education, and advocacy we strive to increase awareness of the God given worth and dignity of every human life.

As Pope Francis stated: “Even the weakest and most vulnerable, the sick, the old, the unborn and the poor, are masterpieces of God’s creation, made in his own image, destined to live forever, and deserving of the utmost reverence and respect.”

Our meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the OLPH Church basement meeting room. Please come and share your ideas.
