REV. JOSEPH J. DONNELLY COUNCIL

OLPH –ST. AGNES “PARISH ASSISTANCE FUND”

We are now seeing our communities  and economies opening up and hopefully returning to normal, we need to be mindful of those still in need and struggling financially, especially our Parish.

To help meet these needs, the Rev. Joseph J. Donnelly Council Knights of Columbus has been active in providing more than $6,000 in monetary support to our parish and those ministries who directly help the less fortunate, the St. Vincent de Paul Societies and local food pantries.

We have started “The OLPH-St. Agnes Parish Assistance Fund” to help our Parish and so far have contributing over $4,000.  We are asking our fellow parishioners to join us in this effort by donating to this fund.  To encourage participation, everyone who donates $25 or more will qualify to be entered in a drawing for a $100 VISA gift card.  This card could help a local business affected by the shutdown.  In fairness to the Parish, we ask this donation be in addition to, not in place of your regular weekly contributions.

Donation checks should be made payable to “OLPH-St. Agnes” and “Parish Assistance Fund” be written on the memo line.  Donations should be mailed to or dropped off at the parish office or can be given to a member of the Rev. Joseph J. Donnelly Council.

Finally we strongly encourage all to continue their weekly offerings and donations to the parish by mailing to, or dropping them off at the parish office, or give electronically by going to www.olphstagnes.org and select “Parish Giving”.

May God bless us all and keep us safe!
