COVID-19 Health Alert Building Access Policy –

Business Office

Temperature and health screening are required for all persons before entering the office. “To reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus and to protect our employees and guests, all individuals, whether an employee or a visitor, must undergo a temperature check and complete a simple screening questionnaire. Any individual whose temperature is measured to indicate a fever, who answers “yes” to any of the screening questions, or who declines to participate in this process will not be permitted to enter the office.

Screening Questions Include:

1. Are you currently experiencing, or have you experienced in the last two weeks, one of the following symptoms that you cannot attribute to another health condition? (fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell)

2. Within the last two weeks, have you or anyone in your household been in close contact with someone confirmed or suspected of being infected with COVID-19? “Close Contact” means being within ap-proximately 6 feet of someone for a prolonged period of time (more than a few minutes)

REV. JOSEPH J. DONNELLY COUNCIL

OLPH –ST. AGNES “PARISH ASSISTANCE FUND”

We are now seeing our communities  and economies opening up and hopefully returning to normal, we need to be mindful of those still in need and struggling financially, especially our Parish.

To help meet these needs, the Rev. Joseph J. Donnelly Council Knights of Columbus has been active in providing more than $6,000 in monetary support to our parish and those ministries who directly help the less fortunate, the St. Vincent de Paul Societies and local food pantries.

We have started “The OLPH-St. Agnes Parish Assistance Fund” to help our Parish and so far have contributing over $4,000.  We are asking our fellow parishioners to join us in this effort by donating to this fund.  To encourage participation, everyone who donates $25 or more will qualify to be entered in a drawing for a $100 VISA gift card.  This card could help a local business affected by the shutdown.  In fairness to the Parish, we ask this donation be in addition to, not in place of your regular weekly contributions.

Donation checks should be made payable to “OLPH-St. Agnes” and “Parish Assistance Fund” be written on the memo line.  Donations should be mailed to or dropped off at the parish office or can be given to a member of the Rev. Joseph J. Donnelly Council.

Finally we strongly encourage all to continue their weekly offerings and donations to the parish by mailing to, or dropping them off at the parish office, or give electronically by going to www.olphstagnes.org and select “Parish Giving”.

For additional information, please contact John Flynn at captflynn@verizon.net or 732-513-0196.

May God bless us all and keep us safe!
